Why is my tennis court cracking?
Cracking is the most common failure we investigate, and in Florida it usually traces back to the base, not the coating. Structural cracks often signal a settling or poorly compacted sub-base; map (alligator) cracking points to an aging, oxidized asphalt surface; and shrinkage cracks appear as a slab cures or moves. Why is my court bubbling, blistering, or peeling?
Bubbling and blistering are moisture problems.
