The amenity that leases units
Renters compare communities by their amenities, and sports courts have become a deciding factor. Pickleball in particular has surged among renters — a court gives prospects a reason to tour, a reason to sign, and a reason to renew. Sport Surfaces designs and builds multi-family sports courts across Florida that help your property stand out and stay full.
We work with property managers, owners, and developers — scoping the right amenity for your resident mix, your common-area space, and your capital budget, then delivering a durable court built for daily community use.
Built for shared, high-traffic use
Community courts take constant play, so we build for it. Every surface is installed by a licensed, insured Florida crew using durable, low-maintenance finishes that hold up to heavy resident use — protecting your common-area investment and keeping the amenity looking new for tours.

Multi-Family Court FAQs
Which court amenity attracts and keeps the most renters?
Pickleball leads demand right now — it appeals across age groups and fits most community footprints, so it’s a strong leasing and retention draw. Multi-sport courts add flexibility for a mixed resident base. We help match the amenity to your residents during a free consultation.
Do amenity courts really help leasing and resident retention?
Amenities are a top factor in how renters choose and stay in a community. A well-built court gives prospects a reason to tour and sign, and residents a reason to renew — while protecting and adding value to your common-area investment.
How much space does a community court need?
A pickleball court needs roughly a 30’ × 60’ area including run-off; multi-sport and tennis courts need more. We assess your common area and lay out the configuration that fits — often more courts than you’d expect.
How much does it cost to add or resurface a community court?
Cost depends on the sport, number of courts, surface, lighting, and site condition. Resurfacing an existing court costs far less than building new. We provide free, itemized estimates for your capital planning.
Can you resurface or convert our existing community court?
Yes. If the base is sound, resurfacing restores a worn court to like-new, and an aging tennis court can often be converted into multiple pickleball courts. We assess yours during the free site visit.
Will construction disrupt our residents?
We plan around your community, coordinate access and staging with your team, and work cleanly to keep disruption to residents and daily operations minimal.
Which areas of Florida do you serve?
Communities statewide, with offices in West Palm Beach, Port St. Lucie, Miami, and Orlando.
